1. Why has my order not shipped yet?

We strive to process and ship all orders within 3-5 business days. If your order has not shipped, it may be due to high order volume, stock issues, or verification requirements. 2. Why is my tracking information not updated?

Tracking information may take 3-5 business days to update after your order has been shipped. If your tracking status has not been updated after this period, it might be due to delays with the shipping carrier. We recommend waiting a bit longer or contacting the carrier directly. If the issue persists, please reach out to our customer service team.

3. What should I do if I received the wrong/defected item?

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by receiving the wrong item. Please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

4. Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Once an order has been placed, we begin processing it immediately. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also log into your CBeautyMall account and view your order status and tracking information under the 'My Orders' section. You can track your order here.

6. How can I return an item?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return and receive instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

7. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary based on your location:

  • 1-2 weeks for most Asian countries
  • 2-3 weeks for the United States, ANZ, and most European countries
  • 2-4 weeks for Canada, Russia, Italy, France, Spain, Saudi Arabia, Israel, Philippines, and Africa
  • 2-5 weeks for South America and some island countries

For US/EU/UK/Asia: Orders less than $19.99: $8.00 flat rate; Orders between $20 and $39.98: $5.00 flat rate; Orders over $39.99: Free Shipping

For ANZ/CA/CH/AF: Orders less than $39.98: $10.00 flat rate; Orders between $40 and $69.98: $6.00 flat rate; Orders over $69.99: Free Shipping

8. How will I receive my refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method in 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
