2. Return Eligibility
Returnable Items
You may return items within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:
- Products are unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging
- Items are in their original condition with all tags, labels, and protective seals intact
- Products have not been opened, tested, swatched, or used in any way
- Original packaging and any included accessories or documentation are included
- Items are not damaged due to misuse or mishandling
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used cosmetic products (including lipsticks, lip balms, eyeshadow palettes, foundations, mascaras, etc.)
- Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance/promotional events (unless defective)
- Gift cards or digital products
- Products without original packaging or proof of purchase
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence
Health & Safety Notice
Due to the nature of cosmetic products and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns of any opened beauty products. We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, ingredients, and shade information before purchasing.
3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We take quality seriously. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will make it right.
Defective Products
If you receive a product that is defective or does not perform as described:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the defect and product packaging
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund (including original shipping costs)
- Return shipping will be covered by us
Damaged During Shipping
If your item arrives damaged:
- Inspect packages upon delivery and note any visible damage
- Photograph the damaged packaging and product immediately
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- If you purchased Seel shipping protection, file a claim directly with Seel for fastest resolution
- Without Seel protection, we will work with you to file a carrier claim
Wrong Item Received
If you receive an incorrect item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and photos of the item received
- We will send the correct item at no additional cost and arrange return of the incorrect item
- Return shipping will be covered by us
4. Return Process
Step 1: Contact Us
Before returning any item, you must contact us in E-mail and include your order number:

- Include: Order number, item(s) to return, reason for return, and photos (if applicable)
- Response time: We will respond within 24-48 business hours with return instructions
Step 2: Receive Reply
Once approved, we will provide:
- Return shipping address
- Return instructions.
Step 3: Package Your Return
- Include the Order Number clearly visible on the outside of the package
- Pack items securely in original packaging
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
- Use a trackable shipping method and retain your tracking number
Step 4: Ship Your Return
- Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving your Order number
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment
Step 5: Refund Processing
- Returns are inspected within 3-5 business days of arrival at our facility
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after inspection approval
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

Refund Method
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase
- We cannot issue refunds to different payment methods or accounts
- Gift card purchases are refunded as store credit only
Refund Amount
- Approved returns: Full product price refunded
- Original shipping costs: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or defective product
- Return shipping costs: Customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or defective product
- Restocking fee: We do not charge restocking fees for eligible returns
Refund Timeline
- Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Bank/credit card posting: Additional 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution
- Total timeline: Allow up to 14-21 business days from when you ship your return for the refund to appear in your account
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different product, shade, or size:
- Return the original item following our return process
- Place a new order for the desired item
- This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible
Exception: For defective or incorrect items, we will send a replacement immediately upon approval.
7. International Returns
Return Eligibility
International customers may return items following the same eligibility criteria as domestic customers.
Return Shipping
- International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable international shipping service with insurance
- Returns must clear customs and arrive at our facility within 45 days
Customs & Duties
- Original customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for any customs fees incurred during the return process
- We cannot control or reimburse customs charges
Refund Currency
- Refunds are issued in USD to the original payment method
- Currency conversion rates may differ from the original purchase date
- Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank are non-refundable
8. Cancellations
Before Shipment
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if not yet processed

After Shipment
- Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled

In some cases, we may offer store credit as an alternative to refunds:
- Store credit never expires
- Can be used for future purchases on CbeautyMall.com
- Cannot be redeemed for cash
- Store credit codes will be sent via email
10. Quality Guarantee
We carefully inspect all products before shipping. However, if you believe you received a counterfeit, expired, or substandard product:
- Contact us immediately with photos and product details
- We will investigate and take appropriate action
- Verified quality issues will result in full refund and return shipping coverage
11. Promotional & Sale Items
Discount Code Purchases
- Items purchased with discount codes are eligible for return following standard policy
- Refunds reflect the actual amount paid after discounts
Final Sale Items
- Items marked "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance events are non-returnable unless defective
- Final Sale designation will be clearly marked on product pages and at checkout
Free Gifts & Samples
- Free gifts or samples included with orders are not eligible for return or refund
- If returning an order that included a free gift, the gift must be returned unused and unopened
12. Damaged or Lost Returns
- We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit
- Always use trackable shipping with insurance for returns
- Keep your tracking number and shipping receipt until refund is processed
- If a return is lost in transit, we may require proof of shipment before issuing a refund
13. Fraudulent Returns
We reserve the right to refuse returns or issue refunds in cases of:
