2. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • Order Verification: We reserve the right to verify orders and may contact you to confirm order details, payment information, or delivery address before processing.
  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST may be processed the following business day.
  • High Volume Periods: During promotional events, holidays, or peak seasons, processing times may be extended by 1-2 additional business days.

  • Business days exclude weekends and public holidays
  • Actual delivery times may vary based on destination, customs clearance, and carrier performance
  • Remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times

We partner with Seel to offer optional shipping protection for your orders, giving you peace of mind throughout the delivery process.

What is Seel Shipping Protection?

Seel provides comprehensive coverage for your package against:

  • Lost packages
    • Full refund or replacement if your order goes missing during transit
  • Stolen packages
    • Protection against porch piracy and theft after delivery
  • Damaged items
    • Coverage for products damaged during shipping
  • Transit issues
    • Protection against carrier mishandling

How It Works

  • Seel protection is available as an optional add-on at checkout
  • The protection fee is a small percentage of your order value (typically 1-3%)
  • Coverage is activated immediately upon purchase
  • Claims are processed quickly, usually within 24-48 hours
  • You can file a claim directly through Seel's customer portal

Filing a Claim

If something goes wrong with your shipment:

  1. Report the issue
    • Contact us or file a claim directly with Seel within the coverage period
  2. Provide details
    • Submit photos (for damaged items) or tracking information (for lost/stolen packages)
  3. Get resolved
    • Seel will approve your claim and issue a refund or replacement
  4. Claim timeline
    • Most claims are resolved within 1-2 business days

Coverage Period

  • Protection begins when your order ships
  • Coverage continues until successful delivery confirmation
  • For stolen packages, coverage extends 48 hours after delivery confirmation
  • Claims must be filed within 30 days of the original order date

Important Notes

  • Seel protection is optional and can be added or declined at checkout
  • Without Seel protection, standard carrier liability limits apply (which may be minimal)
  • Seel protection does not cover buyer's remorse, incorrect orders, or product defects (these are covered under our return policy)
  • For orders without Seel protection, we will assist with carrier claims, but resolution times and coverage may be limited

We highly recommend adding Seel protection for valuable orders or shipments to areas with higher theft risk.


6. Order Tracking

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to your registered email address once your order has been dispatched
  • Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to become active in the carrier's system
  • You can track your order using the tracking number provided through the carrier's website
  • If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days of order placement, please contact us

7. International Shipping & Customs

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by your country's customs authority
  • These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the sole responsibility of the recipient
  • CbeautyMall.com is not responsible for any customs delays, fees, or charges
  • Customs fees are NOT included in our product prices or shipping costs

Customs Clearance

  • Customers are responsible for complying with all local import regulations
  • Delays in customs clearance may extend delivery times beyond our estimated timeframes
  • In rare cases, customs may reject or return shipments; customers will be notified and offered a refund minus original shipping costs

Accurate Information

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are accurate and complete
  • We are not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect address information provided by the customer

8. Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • With Seel Protection: File a claim directly with Seel for fast resolution and refund/replacement
  • Without Seel Protection: Once a package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, CbeautyMall.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will assist with carrier investigations, but coverage is limited
  • We recommend shipping to a secure location or using carrier hold services if available
  • For high-value orders, we strongly suggest adding Seel protection

Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, you will be responsible for reshipping costs
  • Refunds for returned packages will be issued minus original shipping fees and any return shipping costs incurred

Damaged Packages

  • With Seel Protection: File a claim with Seel including photos of the damaged packaging and products
  • Without Seel Protection: Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your package arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and contents immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue, subject to carrier liability limits

9. Address Changes

  • Address changes must be requested within 12 hours of order placement
  • Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address

10. P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses

  • We ship to P.O. Boxes in select countries where carrier services permit
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses may have extended delivery times
  • Please contact us before ordering if you have questions about delivery to these address types

  • In the event that a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you with options to substitute, wait for restock, or receive a refund
