Am I covered by Worry-free purchase?

Our Store offers the Worry-Free Purchase service buying option on the cart page. Currently only available for eight countries: US, CA, AU, NZL, FR, UK, NL, GE.

Orders without buying the Worry-free purcahse are subject to cbeautymall's return and refund terms and condition.

 

In what situation can I file a claim?

1. Report Package Lost

Payout Standard: Total paid amount in the order (excluding shipping fee)

Package not delivered; no exceptions reported but no updates in tracking
-Same-country shipping: Considered lost if notreceived within 30 days after shipment
-Cross-border shipping: Considered lost if notreceived within 60 days after shipment
-lf shipping status shows an exception, you may report immediately.

Package marked as delivered, but you have not received
Report Deadline: Within 7 days of marked delivery date 
Supporting Documents (any one)
-Police report 
-Door camera footage or photos
-Carrier-issued loss statement
-Written proof from qualified third party

2. Package Damaged

Payout Standard: Based on the extent ofdamage, up to the total paid amount in theorder (excluding shipping fee)
Report Deadline: Within 7 days of delivery
Required Documents:
-Must provide package and product damage photos
-Excludes product issues before shipping ordamage caused by consumer
-Final payout decision is based on Seel'sassessment

3. Package Delayed

Payout Standard: $5 USD per order (settled in shopper's currency)
Report Deadline: Must be submitted within 90 days of purchase date, after delay conditions are met.
Report Conditions:
- Same-country shipping: Considered delayed if not received within 10 days of
shipment
- Cross-border shipping: Considered delayed if not received within 30 days of shipment
-System will automatically assess based on tracking data


All issues must be reported within 90 days of the order date. 

All payouts are subject to Seelʼs final review and approval.

 

Cancelling and Refunding Purchase Protection

If you no longer require Seel Worry-Free Purchase protection, you can cancel in the following ways and receive a refund:

1. Within 24 hours, you can simply click the cancel link in the Worry-Free Purchase confirmation email.

2. If the order is older than 24 hours, please contact us at cs@cbeautymall.com to request a special refund.

 

Where to apply for the claim?

You can access the Seel Resolution Center to submit a claim request from either the tracking page in-store or the policy confirmation email:

What should I do after I applied for the claim?

Seel will process your application within 48 hours and if there is no response within that time, feel free to contact us via cs@cbeautymall.com.

 

Payout options

Seel supports payout in one of the following four options:

1. PayPal: Supports multi-currency transfers. Funds arrive instantly once the claim is approved.

2. Venmo: Supports USD transfers, funds arrive instantly once the claim is approved.

3. Direct deposit: Supports USD transfers via US bank account ACH transfer, takes 1-3 business days to arrive. This option is only available for transactions in USD.
