We recommend shipping to a secure location or using carrier hold services if available

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, you will be responsible for reshipping costs
Refunds for returned packages will be issued minus original shipping fees and any return shipping costs incurred

Damaged Packages

With Seel Protection: File a claim with Seel including photos of the damaged packaging and products
