- We recommend shipping to a secure location or using carrier hold services if available

Undeliverable Packages
- If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, you will be responsible for reshipping costs
- Refunds for returned packages will be issued minus original shipping fees and any return shipping costs incurred
Damaged Packages
- With Seel Protection: File a claim with Seel including photos of the damaged packaging and products
- Without Seel Protection: Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your package arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and contents immediately and contact us within 48 hours. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue, subject to carrier liability limits
