Note:

Our lip creams were produced and shipped during the summer, a season where temperatures can reach up to 40°C (104°F). Under such high-temperature conditions, air bubbles can form in the product. Once cooled, these bubbles may dry out and result in a texture resembling tiny granules.

To ensure quality, our factory conducted approximately two weeks of testing, and a safety report has been completed. It is important to note that this texture variation is caused by unavoidable high-temperature conditions and does not affect the product's use or performance.

We are taking steps to prevent this from happening in the future. Rest assured, the restocked batches produced during the winter (expected in January) are unlikely to have this issue. Thank you for your understanding and support!
