amazing buildable color and the case is very high quality (heavy!)—it also came in a tied in a piece of linen in a beautiful wooden box with inked lettering. really feels like a piece of history

The compact is GOREGOUS, Its smaller ghan is expected, but it's nice and heavy. The color is more of a ghoulish dark bruisy color, like dried blood. A very vampy undead look. It comes with a brush and two refills. You have to use one to put INTO the compact.

The little button is also very helpful for opening, and the brush is as big as a small cheap stylist pen, so it's easier to hold and apply.

The mud is smooth and soft and feels like nothing unless you press and move your lips. Other wise, if you want that dark dark color, it is very layerable as advertised BUT i would recommend using your fingers over the brush, the brush to me feels as though your wasting a little mor product.

I would definitely save up and buy this. The compact even came up nicely wrapped in fabric and in the small wooden box.

I loved the presentation. The shipping was pretty quick for a pre-order item, and the updates were immediate. I will definitely buy from Cbeauty again!

It's the most beautiful dark red black lip product i have ever seen in my life. I wanted to try it because i heard that the brand was changing focuse and that it wasn’t selling well in Asia. Its reality sad to see it go. Western alternative girlies would absolutely eat this up. I hope it stays. It's really creamy and comfortable on the lips and the packaging is beautiful as well :3♡

Got an email that package got lost so I never got to try it :( I will only give 2 stars for the fact that they offered a refund, but it’s still a disappointment after waiting for 3 months.

This is now my daily go to and I’ve already put a dent in the pan so I’m definitely gonna see if I can buy more replacement pans. They send two initially, which I love.
The compact is stunning and heavy, in the best way the color is deep and rich, and the formula is creamy and goes on smooth. I use it as a lip stain and a cheek stain as well as a little bit of eyeshadow to give me a dark sultry look. It’s a great daily wear for an elevated look without a full face of make up.
And I just love pulling the compact out. It’s so cute. It makes me feel so regal.

Also on darker skin, the color comes up like a deep plum/purple
Also, another note you can also kind of give yourself a bit of a natural contour with it when you use it like blush.
Long story short, just buy it you won’t regret it.

Took a while to arrive but a very nice lip cream in a lovely package. The lip cream is a great color and consistency. Soft and smooth.

The product is highly pigmented and layers really nicely without clumping. The packaging is absolutely beautiful and weighty. I didn't realise it would come with an extra refill, so that was a nice surprise.

Honestly my only complaint is how long it took to arrive. I ordered around the end of July, and at that time it was advertised that the batch should start shipping around Sep, but then it kept getting pushed back. In the end I didn't receive it until the end of Oct. I don't mind waiting, but some transparency upfront would have been nice.

Mismanagement, Contradictory Responses & Lack of Communication

My experience has been incredibly frustrating due to the poor handling of my order. The communication from the team has been inconsistent and contradictory, indicating a clear lack of coordination. Different representatives provided conflicting information, making it difficult to trust anything that was said. This kind of mismanagement doesn't just reflect disorganisation—it feels like a disregard for customers' time and trust. It’s disappointing to see a company operate in such an unprofessional and misleading manner.

I placed an order on July 30, 2025, through the CBeauty Mall website, and never received the product. The payment was deducted, but I did not get any confirmation email, order number, or shipping updates whatsoever.

I reached out to customer support several times, including through their official website and instagram page, but received no reply. It’s been over two months, and I’ve still not received my order or a refund.

This has been a very disappointing experience, and I hope the company addresses this issue and improves their communication with customers.

The color of this lip clay is so stunning and buildable. You can wear it more sheer or on the heavier side for a beautiful deep maroon look. The packaging takes the cake with this one and I quickly found myself in love with the mermaid vibes it gives off.

Beautifuly engraved but the finish on the one i received had a film of matte with chips of the original shine on the case only nears the pearl. Mildly disappointed but the makeup itself is very beautiful and creamy and comes with 1 extra refill

Gorgeous packaging. The product is a beautiful hard to find colour and so worrh it.

This product is absolutely stunning! The metal case is hefty and super luxe feeling, and the product is a stunning cool toned brown that can be worn sheer or built up to a near-black. I love how satisfying the little latch is, and the fact that it came in a little pinewood box wrapped in a cotton cloth. The eyebrow powder is also excellent, but its rather basic as a product choice. I dont care, though, I mainly bought this set for the packaging and the lip mud being perfect is just a bonus!
